Sleep training is a gentle, structured entire-day approach to helping babies and toddlers learn to self soothe and sleep independently for maximum rest and overall health.

Yes! The initial consultation is via phone call. The training call for our Little Sleeper package is also via phone call. Following those two interactions, everything is text messaging/email based. Additional phone calls available, if needed.

Rested Little Ones can provide services in all 50 states.

Babies 5 months and older are eligible for sleep training.

Yes, I offer a newborn support package for babies 0-4 months.  This package helps parents establish healthy sleep foundations and lays the groundwork for sleep training in the near future.

7 years old is the maximum age

I use evidence based techniques and follow the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations for safe sleep, which states infants to be placed on their backs on a firm mattress in a crib/bassinet/play yard. Toys, blankets, and other soft materials should be kept out of the sleep space. Unfortunately, our program is not designed for parents wishing to continue to co-sleep.

My methods are purposeful and individualized to meet each family's goals and expectations. I use several different sleep training techniques, all of which involve mindful, interval based intervention. I place a high emphasis on maternal intuition and welcome "pivots" in the plan based on parental comfort level.

I work alongside you for one week.  I am happy to continue supporting your family for additional needs beyond that time period if need be. I do find that most children are well on their way to success in just 3-4 days for night times and nap times taking 1-3 weeks to solidify.

Totally normal! As parents, we often second guess if we are doing the right thing for our children. We want to do the "right thing" at every stage of their lives. During our 15 minute consultation, I will share about our program, answer any questions you may have and make sure we fully understand your goals for your child's sleep training process. Hear me out, think on things, talk it over with your partner and ultimately go with your mom gut on what is best for your family.
